Shipping and Returns

  • Expected delivery time

    For UK orders we aim to deliver print orders within 3-5 business days, expected shipping time for international orders is 5-7 days. The delivery time includes the printing process, shipping and handling. We send each print to a professional printing lab and we quality control each orders.

    All prints are sent Royal Mail 1st class, all other international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard.

  • Custom Print Orders

    We are more than happy to try and tailor our existing designs to a customers requirements if requested. Delivery times will be dependant on the complexity of the custom orders, however we strive to keep the customer up to date through out the process.

  • Print Packaging

    Small prints up to A3 will be packaged in a rigid cardboard envelop for maximum protection, with clear bold text indicating photos inside. Prints larger than A3 are packaged in a rigid slim cardboard box or poster tube.

  • Expected delivery time

    For our products we work with suppliers from around the world to source high quality products. As a result, we aim for delivery times of 20-40 days. We are able to keep our prices competitive by avoiding upfront costs from suppliers.

  • Product Packaging

    All products are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. We strive to make sure our customers receive their orders safety and securely.

  • The Travel Creative strives to minimise our carbon footprint, therefore we aim to resolve disputes and complaints without returns if possible. However, we offer 100% refunds on all our products and you have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 14 days of receiving the item, if necessary.

    Please contact us if your product has not arrived, or defective, with a short description - and photos if required - explaining what went wrong.

    The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging - and in the same condition as when it was received. Returns are to be sent at the customers cost. In case of a partial return the original shipping cost is not refunded. Custom prints are non-refundable due to the additional services provided.

    After we receive the package, we will contact you to confirm that your order has been cancelled. Your refund should be finalized within 14 days of receiving the package but we will do our best to do it asap.
